To ensure that delegates receive the maximum possible value from the pre-arranged one-to-one meetings, you will be sent a short questionnaire by email which we require you to complete and return within fourteen days of receipt.
Participation in pre-arranged one-to-one meetings is at the discretion of Obis Omni.

Booking conditions
1. Registration is subject to providing us with your personal email address to ensure speed and efficiency of communication.
2. All bookings made under the scheme are subject to Nimbus Ninety Ltd standard cancellation terms.
3. Provisional bookings must be confirmed online or in writing within seven working days. It is a condition of attendance that the conference has been pre-paid.
4. Your booking will be confirmed in writing within five working days of our receiving your completed booking form. If you do not receive confirmation within ten days, please telephone our Bookings Hotline: +44(0)20 7202 7480
Cancellation
Delegate bookings are transferable but can not be cancelled. If you wish to change your booking, you may send a replacement delegate from within your company (worldwide).This replacement must be screened by an Obis Omni representative to ensure the replacement fulfils the qualification criteria. If the replacement does not fulfil this criteria the cancellation change is chargeable
.
The amended details must be sent to us in writing no later than 13th October 2009. If a delegate is unable to attend the event and you do not send a relevant replacement or the information provided on the Delegate Feedback Form is inaccurate a cancellation charge of £299 + VAT per day of no show is chargeable. This will either be taken off the credit card provided immediately after the event or invoiced to be paid in full within 14 DAYS FROM DATE OF INVOICE.
On registration you will be asked to provide your credit card details for guarantee against this cancellation charge.

This agreement is governed by English law.
Nimbus Ninety Ltd reserves the right to cancel events, change venues (within the same city), formats, programme content, substitute speakers, tutors and consultants at its discretion. Where events are cancelled by Nimbus Ninety Ltd, participants will receive a full refund for conference fees paid, if alternative dates offered are not acceptable. Views expressed by exhibitors and speakers are their own. Nimbus Ninety Ltd disclaims liability for advice given or views expressed by any exhibitor or speaker at the conference or in any notes or documents provided to participants.
Data Protection Act
Personal Data is collected in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Your details may be used to notify you of future events and may be passed on to other carefully selected companies.
By registering, you agree to allow Nimbus Ninety Ltd to include you and your project details in the Forum delegate summary pack. These details if appropriate will only be shared with the sponsors of the Forum. Nimbus Ninety Ltd will not pass your details on to any other third parties for marketing or any other purposes.
